If you are new to Photoshop, this step-by-step foundation level class is for you. We will spend a total of 4 hours over 2 evenings learning the interface, tools, layers, selections, how to crop photos, adjust tonal values of a photograph, and much more.
For $35 you get 2 evenings of instruction. Class is scheduled Feb 12, 6:30-8:20 and Feb 19 6:30-8:30.

The class will be using CS5.1 on Windows 7 machines. The location of the class is at ITT Techical Institute off 290. (see map below.)
Your teacher and guide is Steve Connor, an Adobe Certified Instructor with 10 years teaching Photoshop in Austin. He uses Photoshop professionally and worked as an art director and designer in Silicon Valley. He has a BFA from Pratt Institute.
